The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 283, 323, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that in protest against the killing of a lady, the eight First Information Report named accused persons and 16 unknown put the dead body on road and blocked the highway and obstructed the police officials to perform duty.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38770 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused Santosh Sah & Ors. have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 20003 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
