Patna High Court C. REV. No.10 of 2017 dt.28-04-2017 2/2 admitted for the academic session 1984-86, but as he did not clear the examination in this session, his name was again recommended for the academic session 1985-87 after cancelling his earlier admission.

Taking note of these facts, which were evident from the materials available on record, the writ petition and the Letters Patent Appeal have been dismissed and we find no error in the order warranting review or recall.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
