JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 28-04-2017 Seeking review/recall of an order dated 19.12.2016, passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1622 of 2016, this application has been filed.

A perusal of the documents available on record, particularly Annexure-1, shows that the applicant was initially

Patna High Court C. REV. No.10 of 2017 dt.28-04-2017 2/2 admitted for the academic session 1984-86, but as he did not clear the examination in this session, his name was again recommended for the academic session 1985-87 after cancelling his earlier admission.

Taking note of these facts, which were evident from the materials available on record, the writ petition and the Letters Patent Appeal have been dismissed and we find no error in the order warranting review or recall.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
