JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that the abducted girl is yet to be recovered, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
