====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Belhar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 120(B), 121(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 5 of Explosives Substance Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from seizure list it will be apparent that recovery of Amonium Niterate has been made from the house of Neeraj Singh @ Guddu, son of Virendra Singh. Petitioner is alleged to be care taker of the aforesaid godown situated in the house of Neeraj Singh. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Birendra Singh @ Birendra Kumar Singh has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76216 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 67887 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S.
