The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 587 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 354, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 587 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
