Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No.196/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the informant . Case is of demand of one motorcycle and further she was tortured. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners and nothing specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49425 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 has been attributed against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.case No.196/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
