Learned counsel with reference to Annexure-4 series would submit that the case of the petitioner is pending at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15906 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 level of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger and till date there is no decision one way or the other. Considering the fact that case of the petitioner for approval was sent to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger on 7.8.2018, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger to take appropriate decision with regard to approval of the service of the petitioner and also consider the issue of payment of salary in the school in question. Necessary decision in the matter of grant of approval of service of the petitioner as well as payment shall be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
