ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Protest Cum Complaint Case No.537 of 2011, earlier Chowk P.S. Case No.245 of 2006 (Patna City) for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the case of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn as there was overwriting on affidavited portion and liberty was accorded for filing a fresh anticipatory bail application.
Having learned counsel for the petitioner and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43679 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 learned counsel for the State and after perusing the materials on record and also considering the peculiar nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, in connection with Protest Cum Complaint Case No.537 of 2011, earlier Chowk P.S. Case No.245 of 2006 (Patna City), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
