The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics and high handedness of his enemies due to political rivalry. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner transpired in the present case merely on the confessional statement of one Lalit Kumar. The alleged recovery has been made from the field of Ram Vriksha Mahto. Further he submits that petitioner has no

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
