====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 678 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act. The informant has alleged in the written report that she and petitioner were taking coaching in Pioneer English Grammer Coaching Centre, Sawarajpuri Road Gaya. The informant came to Patna for coaching, then petitioner also came to Patna. He got photos of the informant and prepared different photograph of her. It is further alleged that he started blackmailing her and told to perform marriage with her. Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74395 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 earlier studying in same coaching at Gaya where the petitioner was also studying and became friends. He has clean antecedent. Both were knowing to each other. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
