2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 262 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, 147.750 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the I20 Car bearing Registration No. BR 50 G 6085 and petitioner fled away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no knowledge about the seized liquor and he has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is not the owner of the seized vehicle. He further submits that no

The petitioner is in jail custody since 20.05.2025. He has two criminal antecedents. Chargesheet has already been submitted after completion of investigation. He further submits that there is no likelihood of absconding the petitioner or tampering with the evidence and he undertakes to cooperate in trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, (Excise 1) Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 80/2025 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 129/2025.
