ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.25 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that so far as the present petitioners are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them. It is submitted that the petitioners were not present at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against other co-accused persons and not against the present petitioners.

No.30712 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.25 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
