The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence of Pistol on 26.05.2008 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent no.3) to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been done.
