The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Banka Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition

The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the parents of the husband of the informant whereas the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are the brother and maternal uncle of the husband of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation against them is absolutely general and omnibus in nature. They have been made accused int his case only because of their relationship with the husband of the informant.

The husband of the informant is stated to be in custody.

For the afore-stated facts, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Banka, in connection with Banka Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of
