2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 53/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased who was his wife. He has two children.

4. It has been submitted that the deceased committed suicide. No external injury has been found. The petitioner is in jail since 08.05.2023 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VII, Jehanabad/concerned court in
