1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner came and on order of Jaga Sahani, accused Bhim Sahani assaulted Nisha Kumari by farsha, causing injury on her head, thereafter, the petitioner along with four named accused took away a box containing cash of Rs.1 lakh and ornaments, while other accused torn the cloths of his wife.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is next submitted that petitioner being wife of Jaga came to be implicated, as the side of the petitioner is having dispute, relating to passage, with the informant. It is also submitted that specific allegation of assaulting Nisha is against Bhim, on order of Jaga, and the allegation against the petitioner is ornamental.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No.85/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
