The petitioner has questioned the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2016 and while questioning the results he also prays for a direction to the authorities to provide him with the certified copy of the evaluated answer sheets. A preliminary objection has been taken by Mr. Jha to question the maintainability of the writ petition and which objection in view of the statutory provision underlying Section 14

Patna High Court CWJC No.4716 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 read alongside Rule 154(c) of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987 and Appendix XVII, Item 5 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Rules of Practice, 1993, is upheld. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of affording liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, for the reliefs prayed herein, if so advised.
