The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 170 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of the injury which are simple in nature, no case under sections 325 and 307 can be said to be made out, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
