====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 133, 323, 332, 333, 155, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.Case No.72 of 2020.

As per the FIR, the members of a community named in the FIR were opening fire and some persons were injured. The police party pacified both the parties.

No.10357 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on similar footing co-accused Shashi Paswan and Nitish Paswan have been granted anticipatory bail, vide Cr. Misc. No.39683 of 2020 under order dated 08.06.2021. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.IInd, Munger, in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.Casse No. 72 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
