2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section Sections 103, 238, 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. The informant, who is A.S.I. posted in Athmalgola Police Station (Barh), received an information that dead-body of one Anita Chauhan is lying in the street of village Nirpur and thereafter, he along with other police team reached there and saw the said dead-body and there was cut marks on different parts of dead-body with sharp cutting weapon. F.I.R. was registered against unknown.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Mobile phone, purse and cloth with blood-stain of deceased have been recovered from the house of petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and the material that has come during course of investigation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is lady and is in custody since 09.09.2024, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
