ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 05.02.2014 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Cr. Rev. No. 358 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 03.05.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in C.R. No. 222 of 2005, T.R. No. 620 of 2013 by which it has refused to recall of witnesses under Section 311 Cr.P.C. Having gone through the impugned orders, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21454 of 2014 dt.02-07-2015 and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party, if he has not done so already and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, and the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
