The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that two persons namely, Vivek Kumar Singh and Vikesh Kumar Singh have been arrested by the police.
From the seizure list it appears that two country made Katta have been recovered from pocket of co-accused Vivek Singh. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 27.9.2018 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
