JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Earlier the appellant had preferred an appeal under Section 14A(2) of the SC/ST Act against the order dated 18.2.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge 1st Jehanabad. The same was rejected by order dated 30.6.2020 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1171 of 2020. Prayer has been renewed without approaching the Court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st Jehanabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant, after some arguments, submits that he would again be approaching the Court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st Jehanabad. Having regard to order of last rejection and other factors this Court only observes that the Court below should consider the same upon its merits without being in any way

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No. 983 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 affected by the rejection of earlier bail application. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
