2. This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondent authorities to cancel the appointment of respondent no. 9.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing /commanding to investigate into irregularity that has taken place and consider the case of the petitioner.

(iii) For any other appropriate relief to which the petitioner is found entitled."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appointment of respondent no. 9 has been made without following due process. In this connection, petitioner has filed a representation before the concerned respondent authority, but till date, no action has been taken on his representation.

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the concerned respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
