Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14299 of 2014 dt.16-07-2015 2/2 A Supplementary Affidavit filed today on behalf of the Petitioners that all the disputes have been resolved between the parties, be kept on the record.

In view of such understanding, further proceedings of Mahila P.S. case No.1 of 2013 including the order of cognizance dated 17.2.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. case No.1 of 2013 is hereby set aside. Also Maintenance case No.61M of 2013 pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is hereby set aside. Both the applications stand allowed with the aforesaid observations.

The Petitioners are expected to hand over the testimonials of the Opposite Party No.2, if it is available with them within a reasonable time.
