2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
