Patna High Court CWJC No.2985 of 2017 (2) dt.04-01-2018 2/2 inspecting nursing training school/institutions. The Court had the occasion to consider similar aspect in CWJC No. 3274 of 2017. It appears that no inspection was ever conducted by the said inspecting team. Further the said inspecting team was required to submit a report by 25.02.2017 itself.
