Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner related to payment of leave encashment, pension, gratuity and salary for the suspension period. In view of the materials brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 6, it appears that admitted payment under those heads have been made to the petitioner, though after filing of the writ petition. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 17.08.2017 but no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and, accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
