JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the encroachment over the government land made by the private respondent no.7, details whereof have been mentioned in paragraph-1 of the writ petition. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Daniyawan, District Patna (respondent no.6) under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15765 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 whereupon the respondent no.6 shall initiate an encroachment proceeding under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroach Act, 1956, if maintainable, and pass appropriate orders.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
