The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 5.9.2014 by which the Executive Magistrate, Danapur, in Case No. 342 (M) of 2013 refused to given an opportunity to the Petitioner to adduce evidence and reply to the show cause filed by the Opposite Party No. 3.
