ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 In terms of the arrangement noted in the order dated 25.06.2015 the Petitioner produces a Demand Draft (Indusind Bank) of Rs. 1,50,000/- bearing its No. 742029 dated 22.09.2015 which the Counsel for the Opposite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21970 of 2014 dt.29-10-2015 Party No. 2 receives and signs in the order-sheet in token of receipt of the same.

In view of such settlement of the matrimonial dispute, in the interest of the parties, the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order of cognizance dated 31.03.2011 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 27 of 2010 (Tr. No. 3231 of 2011) is, hereby, set aside.

However, the Petitioner and the daughter of the Informant, Sabya Kumari are directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara on 30th November, 2015 and file an application under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act. On such application having been filed, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara shall pass appropriate orders in view of the settlement of the parties before this Court that they do not wish to resume the matrimonial relation-ship. The Applications stand allowed with the aforesaid observations.
