JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hazipur Town P. S. Case No. 624 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. some unknown miscreants has fired on the son of the informant and he was take to Sadar Hospital, thereafter to Paras HMRI, Patna. Later on, he died. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Later on, name of one Chandan Singh has transpired and it has come that petitioner is also associate of said Chandan Singh, who has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 77000 of 2018. Further submission is that he is in custody since 01.03.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50750 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Hazipur Town P. S. Case No. 624 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
