The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bachhwara P. S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner shot at the informant causing injury in his leg, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
