Prayer is for necessary direction to the learned Special Judge, under the Excise Act, Patna in connection with Nadi Police Station Case No.57 of 2019 that petition of the petitioner dated 17.05.2019 for release of the vehicle be disposed of at the earliest.

There is no reason why such urgent petition is still pending with the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna. The learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna is directed to dispose of the said petition, in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and he shall communicate to this Court about the disposal of pending petition of the petitioner.
