The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-B) (a), 26 Arms Act.

The recovery is of one country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 24.03.2024.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57682 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 .

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Singhaul Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month.
