ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.4.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in Maintenance case No.21 of 2010.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of adinterim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and hence, the application stands dismissed in terms of the order dated 16.10.2014. The Petitioner shall pay Rs.2000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2. In case he is not doing so regularly, stringent steps shall be taken against him by the court below.
