Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it not already furnished.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For direction the Respondents to complete final selection process in the light of general public

Patna High Court CWJC No.18869 of 2021 dt.23-02-2022 2/3 notice dated 27-05-2019 issued by the Director Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Bihar Patna by which directed to submit filled up form for selection of Anganbari Sevika by online process with regard to Anganbari centre code No 209 running at Ward No 10 village- Baghar under Gram Panchayat -Charuipar ,Block- Noorsarai, District-Nalanda. (ii) For direction the respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari sevika in the light of public notice dated 27-052019 in which the petitioner has submitted filed 'up fom and provisional selection list has been prepared in which name of the petitioner is at serial No 1 but in spite of that Aam sabha meeting was called for dated 24-10-19 but without Any reason selection process has not been completed after lapse of about more than two and half years.

(iii) For other order or direction in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

Short question for consideration in the present petition is relating to completion of process of selection and appointment to the post of Anganbari Sevika to Anganbari Centre Code No. 209 running at Ward No. 10, Village-Baghar under Gram PanchayatCharuipar, Block-Noorsarai, District-Nalanda.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18869 of 2021 dt.23-02-2022 3/3 The concerned respondent, i.e., the selecting and appointing authority are hereby directed to complete the process of selection to the post of selection of Anganbari Sevika. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
