The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the petitioners namely Jitendra Manjhi is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with intent to perform marriage with her. When the informant approached the petitioners, they made him to leave their house uttering that their son will perform marriage with her daughter. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50831 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 aforesaid occurrence. They have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they happen to be the parents of Jitendra Manjhi. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the occurrence rather candidly stated that she had left her maternal house for her Aunt following chiding by her mother.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Bharti, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 43/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) amit/- U T
