The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 393 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in this case was called for earlier, which has, since been received.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and in view of the materials available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is, thus, rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period
