JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 Perused the impugned order dated 08.11.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Judge III, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No. 232 of 1993, whereby the learned court below has directed to send the original sale deed to the Chief State Examiner-cum-Director, Finger Print Bureau, CID, Bihar, Patna for comparison after keeping the photo copy of the original sale deeds. Since only the registered sale deeds have been sent for comparison, no prejudice is caused to the plaintiff-petitioner. Only on the basis of apprehension of the petitioner that the document may be interpolated, no supervisory jurisdiction can be exercised under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Thus, this civil misc. application is dismissed.
