Patna High Court MJC No.2270 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 CWJC No. 12694 of 2022.

3. The petitioner has prayed for recalling the order dated 12.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 12694 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-prosecution. The same is recalled while restoring CWJC No. 12694 of 2022, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/-. Cost shall be paid in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today.

4. Registry is hereby directed to list CWJC No. 12694 of 2022 to its original file and number before the concerned Roster bench within a period of eight weeks.
