Petitioner seeks bail in Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.118 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

55 Kgs. of Mahua is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.118 of 2018.
