JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 03/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considered the submissions of the petitioners and also considered the medical records of treatment of the deceased in B.H.U. annexed with the case diary.

It has also been submitted that the deceased has a three years old child who is residing with the petitioners. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail
