Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 19C2 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Prohibiton)Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 19C2 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
