Petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No.277 of 2018, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police intercepted a vehicle on which three persons were coming but two persons managed to flee away. The petitioner was apprehended but he could not produce any paper with regard to the seized vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had taken lift from other two accused persons. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.07.2018. Petitioner has remained in jail for more than 41⁄2 months.

No.75282 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No.277 of 2018.
