JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 01-09-2025 Taking note of the conduct of the petitioner in neither putting his appearance at Biharsharif Police Station or at Hilsa Police Station, this Court is of the considered opinion that he is not a bona fide petitioner.

2. In this regard, this Court would refer its earlier order dated 31.07.2025 by which the petitioner was granted an interim order allowing him to mark his presence on every Monday in Biharsharif Police Station instead of Hilsa Police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1864 of 2025(5) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 Station. At this stage, this Court has been informed that the petitioner is an accused in at least four cases registered with the Bihar Police Station and out of these four cases, he has got bail in three cases but in one of the cases, he is not on bail, therefore, he chose not to put his appearance in the Bihar Police Station.

3. Since the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands, we would decline to entertain this writ application in our extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

4. This writ petition is dismissed.

5. Respondents may take consequential action if the petitioner does not comply with the order of the District Magistrate.
