JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2020 (Annexure 1). From perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.1.2022 it appears that charge has already been framed on 5.1.2022 and at present the case is pending for prosecution evidence.

In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioner and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 22.4.2020, let the
