ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-09-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the present C.W.J.C. may be disposed off granting liberty to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department i.e. Respondent No. 2 herein ventilating his grievance and the Principal Secretary may be directed to pass

Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the Principal Secretary (Respondent No. 2) shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereof. In case the Principal Secretary comes to the conclusion that the amounts due to the petitioner are payable, necessary orders for payment of the amounts shall be passed. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
