Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No.132 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A) ,379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the petitioner happen to be husband of the informant and the petitioner and other accused persons tortured her with respect to demand and earlier the matter was pacified on the intervention of the relatives but he again tortured her and ousted her from the house on 25.3.2019.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and he is till ready to keep her . Further allegation is that he has married with

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No.132 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that as the informant wants to reside with the petitioner, petitioner shall keep her with dignity and care otherwise the informant is at liberty to move for cancellation fo his bail bond before the court below itself.
