The petitioner seeks bail in Guthani P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 8, 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the prosecution case, two puriya of Heroine is said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the recovered contraband is less than commercial quantity, though there is no reference in the F.I.R. about weight of Heroine recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.07.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan / concerned court in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021.
